Our Consultation Process
Patients will be required to provide Dr. Dave with an X-ray (multiple x-rays if possible), photos, any pertinent medical history or medications, and a narrative of your symptoms and Dr. Dave will provide you with a second opinion which may include, recommendations and possible treatment options.
You can compare Dr. Dave's second opinion with the treatment plan you received from your dentist to make a decision on the treatment option that would be best for you.
Service Fees
Prior to requesting a consultation, patients will be required to choose a consultation through Zoom or through email. Fees for these services are:
- Virtual (Zoom) consultation: $99.00
- Email consultation: $49.00
